Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in child protection and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals and families to identify needs and risks.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to develop intervention plans.
• Provide advice, support, and guidance to clients on rights and resources.
• Maintain accurate case records in line with legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to evaluate progress.
