Job summary

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the First Contact and Assessment Team. You will carry out needs-led, child-focused assessments and develop outcome-focused plans, contributing to safeguarding duties and timely interventions.

The role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid pattern (2 days remote), based in Bracknell. You will maintain accurate case records, participate in reflective supervision, and comply with GDPR and data protection policies.

• Participate in regular reflective supervision and set clear goals and intervention strategies.
