Job summary

Pro Social Partners Ltd, in partnership with Bradford Children and Families Trust, is recruiting permanent Social Workers across Safeguarding, Looked After Children and Children with Disabilities in Bradford.

You will manage caseloads, undertake safeguarding inquiries, prepare reports, and collaborate with partner agencies to improve outcomes for vulnerable children. Strong assessment and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience and capability in child protection and safeguarding matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to support vulnerable children.

Salary: £38,220 - £46,142 (package up to £49,142)

Retention Payment: £3,000

Contract: Permanent

Pro Social Partners are working with Bradford Children and Families Trust to recruit permanent Social Workers across Safeguarding, Looked After Children and Children with Disabilities teams.

The Role

About You

• A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration.
• Experience within Children's Social Care.
• Sound knowledge of Working Together to Safeguard Children and statutory processes.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
