Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Northamptonshire Children's Trust, has an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Social Worker - Children With Disabilities
• Length of assignment: 3 Months
• Hours per week: 37
• Hourly rate: £34
• Location: One Angel Square
• Remote/Office based: Hybrid

Team Overview:

The Disabled Children's Team supports children with complex disabilities and their families. The team includes a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, ASYE, Family Support Worker, and dedicated Business Support.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of need
• Provision and review of care packages and short breaks
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team working

Candidate Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of Social Worker experience and a passion for making a difference.
