A leading company in the South East is seeking a dedicated social worker for a 6-month rolling contract. Leaders In Care is currently partnering with an established authority in the South East, accessible from London via public transport. This authority is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. Your role will be vital in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.
You will be responsible for assessing risks, developing and implementing protection plans, and collaborating with families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes using the family safeguarding model.
The management team is friendly and flexible, promoting autonomy with minimal micro-management. Working your own hours is highly encouraged.
