Seven Group Holdings Limited in Bristol is seeking a Social Worker to join the Adults Safeguarding Team on a full-time temporary basis. You will assess adults at risk, identify needs, and coordinate referrals to safeguarding services.

You will work with partner agencies, maintain detailed records, and contribute to safeguarding plans while providing support to individuals and families accessing social care services in the community.

Qualifications

• A recognized degree in Social Work and active registration in the UK.
• Frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in safeguarding adults is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform assessments for adults at risk and determine needs.
• Collaborate with agencies to develop and implement safeguarding plans.
