Herefordshire Council is seeking a Social Care Assessor to join the Adult Social Care team. You will work 37 hours per week in a permanent role, evaluating needs and supporting individuals to live independently.
You will have experience with adults who have disabilities or mental health needs, possess strong communication and organisational skills, and work within a supportive team with regular supervision. The role offers a competitive LGPS pension and progression opportunities.
