A leading organization in Dudley seeks a dedicated Social Worker for Vulnerable Adults. The role involves assessing needs, developing support plans, and collaborating with professionals to safeguard vulnerable individuals. Newly qualified social workers will receive support during their first year. Join us in making a difference in the community.
To work with vulnerable adults to assess their needs and develop support plans to achieve an optimum level of independence, enabling them to develop and maintain relationships and be valued members of their community.
This will be achieved by collaborating with other professionals, family members, and by placing the person at the center of the planning process in inclusive, non-discriminatory, and anti-oppressive ways.
To provide social work interventions aimed at safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
Newly qualified social workers in their first year will receive consistent support throughout the year, in line with Dudley Supervision Policy. They will have a restricted workload to facilitate professional development. All other roles and responsibilities will align with those of a standard social worker.
