What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop appropriate plans.
• Provide guidance and support through Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Child Plans.
• Engage in both Public and Private Law proceedings, ensuring a comprehensive approach to safeguarding.
• Work collaboratively with the locality-based team to achieve step-down or permanence solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with families and professionals involved in the child’s care.
