Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke:

The hospital provides emergency admission services for men and women, along with pathways for women's rehabilitation, including a specialized service for personality disorder.

Set on over 16 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the Bristol Channel, the beachside location outside Weston-super-Mare offers a peaceful, therapeutic environment with a broad range of therapies including CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and DBT.

Your Day-to-Day...

• Work 30 hours per week
• Partner with service users, families, and stakeholders to support recovery
• Build and maintain contacts with statutory agencies
• Lead on social care needs of service users
• Ensure service users and families are aware of their legal rights
• Participate actively in safeguarding within the multidisciplinary team
• Provide written reports to the team and other professionals

You are...

• A HCPC Registered Social Worker with a relevant qualification
• Experienced or passionate about working in mental health
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality, and diversity
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A team player with report-writing skills and attention to detail
