Qualifications

• Completion of final placement and imminent qualification in Social Work.
• Full valid driving licence and access to a car.
• Registration with Social Care Wales (required).
• Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced check (required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of children and families.
• Implement restorative practice interventions.
• Write concise records and reports.
• Participate in supervision and support groups.
• Support transition of newly qualified workers.
