Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Manchester is seeking a Social Value Project Consultant to join our social value team. You’ll manage and deliver social value commitments across Ridge projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to design practical initiatives that create lasting benefits for clients and communities.

You’ll help embed social value into project delivery, support clients on their social impact journeys, and build strong relationships with clients, partners and local communities across

Qualifications

• Experience delivering social value activities.
• Experience in sustainability or CSR roles within government, construction, professional services, training or skills development.
• Strong project management, analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Clear written communication and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of social value programmes linked to Ridge projects.
• Track programme costs, performance and risks, and raise issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to use our social value expertise within projects and client work.
• Collaborate with teams across Ridge to design initiatives that suit each project and community.
• Support bid teams to develop project-specific community plans.
• Organise and manage stakeholder visits, engagement programmes, functions and events.
• Write project case studies and thought leadership articles on key social value topics.
