Job summary

Willmott Dixon’s award-winning Sustainability Team is looking for a proactive Social Value Manager to lead community engagement and skills development on projects across the North West, including on-site work and activities from our Oldham office or home. This hybrid role supports our Now or Never Sustainability Strategy and drives meaningful social value aligned with customer priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social value delivery and customer-focused solution design.
• Construction experience is a plus but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver social value activities that reflect customer and business needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on social value for teams, frameworks, and partners.
• Drive collaboration across teams and supply chain partners to embed social value in our projects.
• Support bid and tender processes, contributing social value insights and attending customer events.
• Track and report on project performance against KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement.
