Contract Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to support delivery, management and reporting of social value initiatives across multiple projects.

You will coordinate social value activities with communities, educators, clients, suppliers and internal teams, tracking KPIs and reporting outcomes using Loop, Social Value Portal, and TOMs methodology to support bids and commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in social value, community engagement, CSR or a related role.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or built environment preferred.
• Knowledge of TOMs methodology and Social Value Portal.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver social value initiatives across projects.
• Manage social value KPIs and track progress against targets.
• Build relationships with clients, authorities, suppliers and communities.
• Support local employment, apprenticeships, placements and careers engagement.
• Record, monitor and report social value outcomes using Loop, SV Portal and TOMs.
• Produce reports, case studies and information for teams, clients and tenders.
• Support bids by providing social value content and project examples.
• Promote best practice and support ongoing social value development.
