Qualifications

• Experience managing integrated delivery plans across multiple contracts or workstreams.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills to monitor progress and communicate performance.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues to support on-time delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management across internal teams, external organisations and community partners.
• Experience collaborating with clients to align commitments and create additional value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored for different audiences.
• Understanding of using AI ethically to improve efficiency within governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage an integrated delivery plan for a range of social value commitments across contracts.
• Provide clear, accurate reporting against the plan and flag risks and issues promptly.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of activities.
• Collaborate with clients to connect commitments across contracts and deliver value to communities.
• Apply AI thoughtfully to accelerate outputs while upholding governance and quality standards.
