Job summary

Kier Group in London is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to support the Construction team and help deliver social value across projects. You will coordinate activities with schools, charities and community groups, and work with partners to turn commitments into real benefits.

You will collaborate with the Social Value Manager and project teams to identify local opportunities, organise activities, and capture data for reporting, ensuring timely progress across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of how social value supports employment, skills, education and volunteering.
• Experience coordinating or supporting activities, events or programmes with participants and partners.
• Strong relationship-building and collaborative working skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver education, careers, employability and community volunteering initiatives across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, employment services, charities and community groups.
• Identify local employment, apprenticeship and training opportunities with project teams and supply chain partners.
• Capture data, maintain accurate records, and prepare clear progress reports.
• Support bids and tenders by researching local needs and contributing delivery ideas.
