Job description
Overview

What will you be responsible for? As a Social Value Advisor, you'll be working within the Places team, supporting them in delivering and reporting on social value activities across pre-construction and construction phases.

Your day to day will include:

  • Creating and implementing social value plans for individual projects, including engaging with suppliers and clients
  • Supporting site teams with the delivery and organisation of social value initiatives
  • Tracking progress against social value metrics and implementing mitigation strategies where needed
  • Delivering social value initiatives aligned with client expectations and future project pipelines

You have a passion for delivering for communities and engaging with diverse stakeholders

  • You have previous experience within construction, social value, the charity sector, education, or similar community-focused roles
  • You possess strong data/statistical analysis, reporting, and critical thinking skills
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to travel to and between sites and external events
  • You\'re confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be a UK licence).
