Ridge seeks a Social Value Project Consultant to manage and deliver social value commitments across Ridge projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design practical initiatives that create lasting benefits for clients and communities.

You will embed social value into project delivery, supporting clients on their social impact journeys and building strong relationships with communities, schools, and local partners across the North.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of social value programmes linked to Ridge projects.
• Track programme costs, performance and risks, and raise issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to use our social value expertise within projects and client work.
• Collaborate with teams to design initiatives that suit each project and community.
• Support bid teams to develop project-specific community plans.
• Organise stakeholder visits, engagement programmes, functions and events.
• Write project case studies and thought leadership articles on social value topics.
