Job summary

Sodexo at Queens Hospital Romford seeks a Social Value & Engagement Manager to lead wellbeing, social value and sustainability initiatives that benefit staff, patients and the local community.

You will develop programs that create employment, training and volunteering opportunities and report on impact while collaborating with local groups and stakeholders. A proactive, creative approach and strong MS Office skills are essential.

• Experience in social value, CSR, community engagement, wellbeing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• A proactive, creative, and solution-focused approach.
• Passion for creating positive social impact and building meaningful community relationships.
