Job summary

Footballco is seeking a dynamic Strategy Director for the Social Studio to drive strategic leadership and data-informed campaigns. Working with the Creative Director, you will translate audience insights into Brave ideas and ensure content is optimized for social feeds across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.

You will lead go-to-market positioning, collaborate with sales on proposals, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and sustained growth

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a social or content strategist in media, sports marketing, agency, or brand.
• Deep understanding of digital/social platforms and football's culture.
• Ability to combine creativity with performance metrics and social listening tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Social Studio's strategic direction for pitches and campaigns.
• Find insights from data, trends, and audience research to inform briefs.
• Develop go-to-market positioning for social studio services.
• Brief and provide feedback to creative teams; evaluate concepts against the original strategy.
• Support local and global sales on proposals and identify strategic solutions to briefs.
• Craft platform strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strategic rigor.
