Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is hiring a Social Media Manager in Bath. You will own the social strategy across multiple client brands, developing ideas and content from concept to live campaigns.

Expect to write copy, edit imagery and produce short-form video, working with designers and external talent to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll be the primary social contact for clients, presenting recommendations, and staying ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts, campaigns and strategies professionally.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video and social imagery.
• Experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or Canva.
• Experience using social analytics and performance data to improve content.

Responsibilities

• Own the social strategy for your clients and turn business objectives into content and campaigns.
• Write copy, edit imagery and create short-form video with designers and creators.
• Write creative briefs and ensure everyone understands what good looks like.
• Be the main social contact for clients, presenting ideas and recommendations.
• Monitor platform changes, track analytics and identify opportunities to improve content.
• Produce reporting and translate numbers into actionable insights.
