Job summary

The Social Shepherd in Bath is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to work alongside a Social Media Manager on all organic content and strategy, ensuring our client’s content stays on-brand, reaches the right audience, and converts into customers.

You’ll focus on core channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, bringing fresh ideas to keep our client brands ahead in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of social media management in-house or agency
• Strong organisational and creative abilities
• Curious and adaptable in a fast-moving industry

Responsibilities

• Work on social media content plans and strategy while optimising content across channels
• Create engaging content for clients using Canva, Photoshop and Adobe Suite
• Manage client social media communities by replying to comments and messages
• Build client relationships and co-manage accounts with the Social Media Manager
• Build client reports to show results achieved
• Understand social media algorithms to guide content creation
• Copywriting and scheduling content
