Adlib Recruitment is seeking a Social Media Manager in Bath to own social across a client portfolio. You’ll shape strategy, craft content, manage campaigns and use performance data to improve results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts, campaigns and strategies professionally.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• A strong understanding of what makes content work across different social platforms.
• Experience developing social strategies and content calendars.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience creating or editing short-form video and social imagery.
• Experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or Canva.
• Confidence presenting ideas and recommendations to clients.
• Experience using social analytics and performance data to improve content.
• The ability to manage several accounts, campaigns and deadlines at once.
• Agency experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
• An interest in new technology and AI-powered social tools would be useful.

Responsabilités

• Own the social strategy for your clients, turning business objectives, audience insight and platform trends into content and campaigns.
• Be hands-on: write copy, edit imagery and create short-form video while coordinating with designers, creatives and external talent.
• Write creative briefs and ensure everyone understands what good looks like.
• Be the main social contact for your clients, presenting ideas and recommendations and building trusted relationships.
• Monitor platform changes, competitor activity and emerging trends to spot opportunities.
• Publish content and produce reporting, turning numbers into useful insights for clients.
