Job summary

You will deliver robust generalist HR advice, guidance on employee relations, compliance and HR strategy to external clients, working autonomously with initiative and finesse.

The role requires Chartered MCIPD or Level 7 HR qualification and a proven consultancy background, with excellent communication and written skills.

Qualifications

• Chartered MCIPD level or Level 7 HR qualification.
• Extensive experience delivering robust generalist HR advice and guidance.
• Experience in the social sector or governance exposure with broad operational delivery.
