Seeking a friendly, outgoing assistant to support a 30‑year‑old man with learning difficulties in building confidence, independence and a fulfilling daily life. He is a talented artist who loves trains, films, museums and vintage culture. The assistant will act as motivator, buddy and steady emotional and practical support.
The role may be offered on an employed or self‑employed basis depending on agreement. If employed, you will be entitled to holiday pay and an employment contract.
