Job summary

Tmpb2b is seeking an experienced Social Media Campaigns Manager to lead both organic and paid campaigns for B2B tech clients. You will manage planning, execution, and reporting, while presenting recommendations to clients and colleagues.

The role requires strong LinkedIn expertise, communication, and project management skills. You will contribute to content strategy, collaborate with media and client services teams, and run social media workshops to demonstrate value and win new business.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have several years ofSocial Mediaexperience and looking to take the next steps in their Digital career within the B2B space. They will be a great communicator and quick to adopt and learn new platforms and technologies.Youwillbe responsible forthe planning and delivery of organic and paidSocial Mediacampaigns, drawing on a wide range of skills to delight our clients withsocial mediathat can drive audiences from awareness to conversion.

As the go-to person forsocial media,you’llbe adept at engaging with online communities and influencers, managing content in line with communicationobjectives, and providing clients with in-depth reports and recommendations.You’llalso be comfortable with presenting and liaising with clients and colleagues of varying seniority, speaking confidently toshowcaseSocial Mediaexpertise, and adapting your communication style accordingly.

Support new business activities:
  • Work withMediaand client services teams on the creation of content that can be used to win new business.
Client growth:
  • Support with the creation and selling of newSocial Mediapropositions to client teams.
Client management:
  • Take the client and internal briefs and produceSocial Mediaplans that meet or exceed theobjectives.
  • Engage in daily communication with clients and internal client service teams to ensure all briefs and deadlines are met effectively on time and to spec.
  • Participate in face-to-face and online meetings with new and existing clients and take the lead in presenting social media propositions.
  • RunSocial Mediaworkshops for clients, both face-to-face and online.
Planning and strategy:
  • Responsible for the planning of organic and paidSocial Mediacampaigns and projects across multiple platforms.
Activation:
  • Set up, manage, and optimisedifferent typesof paidSocial Mediacampaigns.
  • Approving creative.
  • Management and scheduling of content.
Campaign management and delivery:
  • Manage costs incurred and revenue generated fromSocial Mediaplatforms.
  • Suggest and implementnew ideas,improvementsand optimizationsto existing campaigns and projects to improve performance.
  • Problem-solve, takingthe lead inproposingsolutions to any campaign issues that may arise,communicating your recommendations back to the internal team.
Reporting:
  • Track, measure, analyse, and report on the performance ofSocial Mediacampaigns and projects regularly.
  • Share results, insights, and recommendations internally and with clients.
Insights:
  • Help shape theSocial Mediastrategy by staying on top of current trends, technology, and best practices to make recommendations to the wider team.
Mentorship:
  • Monitor and guide more junior members of the team onSocial Mediaactivities, delegating tasks, reviewing, and feeding back on the work that they have delivered.
Who you are:
  • Very goodcommunication and project management skills andabilityto present with confidence.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise multiple workstreams and escalat where necessary.
  • Calm and consistent under pressure.
  • Results orientated, with a flair for using analytical skills to pull actionable insights from data.
  • Very experienced with usingSocial Mediatools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Very strongunderstanding of and experience within the LinkedIn platform
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Able to write compellingshort formcopy.
What you will need:
  • Severalyears of experience managingSocial Mediacampaigns and projects within the B2B space preferably agency side
  • Strongplatformknowledgeand experience using the LinkedIn platform in a professional capacity.
  • Experience in planning and implementation of organic and paidSocial Mediacampaigns.
  • Experience in running LinkedIn paidcampaigns which include planning, set up, optimisations, budget management,measurement and reporting against KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel. Good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Experience and exposurewithin other areas ofPaid Mediaisa bonus.
  • Knowledge of Reddit and its advertising offer is desirable.
