This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social media professional to take ownership of social media content, develop engaging digital campaigns and strengthen the organisation's online presence.

• Extensive experience in higher education or large complex organisations.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and delivering strategy.
• Experience planning multi-platform campaigns and using analytics.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating workloads.
• Strong knowledge of platforms, trends and audience behaviours.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver a social media strategy aligned with objectives.
• Manage channels and create engaging content (video, photography, graphics, copy).
• Oversee content calendar ensuring timeliness and brand consistency.
• Manage online communities and monitor reputation.
• Collaborate with teams for integrated campaigns and wider reach.
• Lead and support the social media team and workloads.
• Monitor performance using analytics and KPIs and adjust strategies.
