In this hands-on role you’ll translate commercial priorities into timely campaigns, manage communities, analyse performance data and report on impact, collaborating closely with partners and agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency or organisation.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail and understanding of the main social platforms, scheduling tools, analytics and paid campaign management.
• Ability to interpret performance data and manage several deadlines in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organic and paid social media strategy.
• Plan the content calendar and create engaging copy, imagery and short-form video for each channel.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, identify trends and partnership opportunities, and plan and report on paid campaigns.
• Track performance, turn data into practical recommendations and protect brand reputation.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, agencies, creators and partners.
