Zealous Agency is seeking a creative, digitally savvy Social Media & Community Manager to develop engaging content and build thriving online communities for a diverse portfolio of exciting brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, start conversations and connect with brands.

You’ll combine creative thinking with platform expertise, community engagement and performance analysis to deliver social campaigns that make an impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience planning, creating and publishing engaging social-first content.
• Excellent copywriting and adapting tone for different brands.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver social media strategies tailored to each client.
• Plan, create and publish engaging social content (copy, graphics, video, Reels, Stories).
• Manage daily interactions across social channels and build relationships.
• Own social media calendars ensuring timely, relevant content.
• Identify opportunities to grow followers and engagement.
• Monitor conversations and industry trends to inform content strategies.
• Support delivery of integrated campaigns with designers and copywriters.
• Track performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Present ideas and performance updates to clients.
• Stay ahead of platform developments and trends.
