Engine Recruitment Ltd is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead organic and paid activity across premium brand portfolios. You’ll shape content strategies, plan calendars and craft copy, imagery and short-form video that resonates with audiences.
Working closely with a compact marketing team, you’ll turn commercial priorities into timely campaigns, monitor trends, report on paid campaigns, and translate data into practical recommendations that protect brand reputation.
We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager to join a small, creative marketing team working across a portfolio of premium brands and services. You’ll own social media activity from planning through to delivery, creating standout content, building engaged communities and using insight to drive measurable growth.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll turn ideas and commercial priorities into distinctive, timely campaigns that reflect the quality of the brands and services we represent. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who combines strong creative judgement with confidence in performance data.
You’ll develop and deliver the organic and paid social media strategy, plan the content calendar and create engaging copy, imagery and short-form video for each channel. You’ll manage day-to-day community engagement, identify relevant trends and partnership opportunities, and plan and report on paid campaigns. You’ll also track performance, turn data into practical recommendations, protect brand reputation and build strong relationships with colleagues, agencies, creators and partners.
You’ll have experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency or organisation, supported by a strong portfolio of creative and effective work. You’ll be an excellent writer with close attention to detail and a good understanding of the main social platforms, scheduling tools, analytics and paid campaign management. You should be comfortable interpreting performance data, managing several deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a small team.
This is an opportunity to shape social media activity for premium brands and services, with genuine creative ownership and visible impact. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment and have room to develop your skills as the role grows.
You’ll join a small, creative and ambitious marketing team responsible for promoting a range of premium brands and services. We value fresh thinking, high standards and close collaboration, giving every team member the opportunity to contribute ideas and make a meaningful impact.
