Job description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. You will develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating compelling content, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize our social media presence.

Key skills and responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Create engaging content across platforms including text, images, and videos
  • Foster community engagement by responding to followers and cultivating interactions
  • Manage social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to inform strategy
  • Stay current with social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align efforts
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across platforms

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills
