Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the social media strategy of one of our ‘magical’ entertainment partners.
• Responsible for carrying out campaign and social media organic analysis using third-party data and social performance measuring tools.
• Work closely with a team of strategists, editors and creatives to execute innovatively across social platforms.
• Manage a broad range of disciplines within social media marketing, including: overseeing organic account management, creation of assets for social platforms, organic assets, platform strategy, contracted content and Influencer marketing, moderation, social listening as well as analytics and insights.
• Work with the senior social media manager to set the direction and execution of social media strategy across multiple client channels to ensure that there are innovative social campaigns to drive engagement.
• Oversee content development, devising best-in-class creative for paid and organic campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content and approving in accordance with brand and legal guidelines.
• Work with the influence team to develop and evolve creator activation and engagement.
• Manage social reporting, covering a number of reports and trackers across social media platforms and the broader social ecosystem, setting and tracking core growth and engagement KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience in social media/content marketing.
• Working knowledge of online social engagement tools, social listening and analytics.
• Solid understanding of broader marketing and media disciplines.
• Experience of working with agencies and external social media communities.
• Exceptional organisational, project management and communication skills to balance marketing programs across three brands for optimal execution and success.
• Demonstrated strategic and tactical skills related to the implementation of social marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to influence throughout all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to formulate and manage high profile, organic social campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Highly analytical and results orientated.
• Commercial acumen.
• Written and spoken English for business use.
• Innovative and creative approach.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of basic content production tools and processes (i.e. Trello, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
