The Opportunity

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Hello to support growth on a number of key accounts. This is a very exciting role, shaping the social media presence of some of the world's largest brands. You'll live and breathe internet culture and understand what makes communities thrive around Movies & TV, Food, Sports, Gaming, Music, Entertainment and will have a strong understanding of and experience in creating content for channels like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. You will have experience working for an agency or brand.

What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere

• Managed the day-to-day and long-lead planning, creation, and delivery of consistently brilliant branded content for distribution across UK social media channels.
• Ideated content reactively based on community insights and social trends.
• Ideated creatively compelling ideas, tailored for UK users on TikTok.
• Been a strong community manager that can bring the hype around community moments that matter to our audience.
• Worked with multi-disciplinary teams as well as European teams to run a high-level account successfully.
• Established, evolved, and owned relationships with clients and attended client-facing meetings as required.
• Created content for TikTok's in-app promotion, utilising the benefits for content creation.
• Used Content Creators' current knowledge of data growth and hacking tips.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• A proven track record of strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative content ideation strategies that drive platform and audience growth.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in crafting engaging copy for various social media formats, including short-form (captions, etc.) and long-form (storytelling, articles, etc.).
• Confidence in interpreting social media metrics, generating insightful reports, and using data to refine content strategies and improve performance.
• When required, experience pitching for new business.
• Demonstrated experience with content creation, management, and post-scheduling.
• Experience in social, digital, and other communications platforms.
• Experience implementing a clearly set tone of voice.
• A social native who lives and breathes the rapidly changing social landscape.
• An appreciation for business procedures and the ability to learn and adapt to new ways of working (KPIs, processes, technology, and platforms).
