3. Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience in real time, fostering trust and loyalty within the crypto community.
4. Maintain a content calendar, plan and schedule posts, and ensure alignment with LCX’s marketing and communications strategies.
5. Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and crypto marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
2. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Brandwatch).
3. Excellent content creation skills, including short-form copywriting for crypto-savvy audiences.
