Job Title: Social Media Manager (E-Commerce Focus)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-based preferred)

Salary: Up to £35,000

Dare 2 Share is a fast-growing e-commerce brand under the Dose of Society umbrella, designed to spark vulnerability, connection, and real conversations through our bestselling card game and upcoming product lines. We’re on a mission to build a powerful community — and we need a creative, sharp social media manager to help take us to the next level.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong background in managing and growing social media accounts for e-commerce / DTC brands, with a minimum experience of 2 years.

They should be able to own Dare 2 Share’s social presence, drive meaningful engagement, and — most importantly — convert content into sales .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is self-sufficient, and has a passion for both creative storytelling and commercial impact. You’ll manage our TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms, crafting content that not only builds the brand but moves product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Dare 2 Share’s social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns that drive both engagement and sales
  • Create content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and manage daily social activity
  • Track analytics and sales metrics tied to social content performance
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align on product drops, offers, and promotional pushes
  • Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce and social to keep Dare 2 Share innovative and relevant
  • Engage with our community to strengthen brand loyalty and spark user-generated content
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for e-commerce brands. 2 years experience.
  • Strong understanding of how to turn social content into sales
  • Creative mindset — you know what works visually and how to tell a great product story
  • Data-driven — you’re comfortable reviewing metrics and adapting strategy to optimize results
  • Highly self-sufficient — you take ownership and get things done without heavy hand-holding
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
  • Bonus: Experience with live shopping platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) or influencer collaborations
  • Understand our audience and customers deeply through engaging with them on socials
