Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager with a strong content creation focus—someone who can lead the entire social media content pipeline, from strategy to production. This is a hands-on role where you won’t just plan the calendar but also be the face of our brand in video content. If you're equal parts creative thinker, on-camera talent, and digital operator, this is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a platform-specific content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
● Own the full content calendar—from ideation to filming—with measurable goals
● Lead video content production: scripting, shooting, and editing wherever needed.
● Act as the on-camera representative of the brand in various formats: reels, explainers, and more
● Monitor social performance analytics and tweak strategies to improve engagement
● Align closely with marketing team for integrated campaign efforts
● Travel to retail stores or locations for content shoots when needed
Requirements:
● Proven track record in social media management with a content-first approach
● Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills
● Experience in managing a social content calendar and delivering consistently
● Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behaviour
● Skilled in video filming and content optimisation for reach and engagement
● Organised, proactive, and hands-on with a focus on results
Note: This is a central content and brand-driving position, not a backend social scheduler role.
Points to consider:
● Available for both Part time and Full time, On-site role.
● Job location is Specscart Bury HQ, 10 Union street- BL9 0NY
● It will be a day shift with 2 days of working out of 7
