Job summary

QVC UK is seeking a Social Media Assistant to support the Digital and Social team in delivering paid and organic social campaigns. The role involves growing QVC’s shoppable social platforms, including TikTok Shop and YouTube Shop, and collaborating across live shopping and content teams.

You will contribute to social commerce strategies, coordinate campaign activity, and help maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with paid social media campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of social platforms, CMS, and campaign analytics.
• Strong promotional writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and deploy paid and organic social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Assist with creation and optimization of paid social ads, including asset management, copywriting and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate product orders and samples for campaigns and live events.
• Support TikTok Shop activity including live shopping, promotions, and creators.
