Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is partnering with a well-established B2B professional services business in Manchester to appoint a Social Media Lead. This hybrid role (3 days in office) focuses on turning social into a genuine lead-generation channel, owning strategy end-to-end for content, campaigns, paid amplification and social selling.

You'll drive engagement and campaigns that generate sales, with autonomy to shape the playbook and leverage a large existing customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on social media experience with a commercial mindset.
• B2B experience, SaaS, software or professional services is advantageous.
• Proven track record in organic growth, lead generation and paid social campaigns.
• Comfortable with analytics, attribution and measuring commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging, social-first content across the business.
• Developing social campaigns designed to generate leads.
• Turning subject-matter updates into compelling content.
• Building employee advocacy and social selling within the sales team.
• Testing paid-social campaigns to amplify high-performing organic content.
