The role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days onsite) with exposure to retail fashion and digital marketing trends, plus opportunities for learning and growth within a fast-paced online business.

Qualifications

• Marketing or social background; ideal entry-level for university graduates or early business experience.
• Passion for social media, retail fashion and digital trends.
• Strong familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager; ability to schedule posts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across UK Facebook and Instagram.
• Create eye-catching static posts, carousels, and promotional graphics.
• Leverage user-generated content and creator imagery across channels.
• Support with boosting organic posts and monitor ad performance on Meta platforms.
• Track performance using social analytics tools: reach, engagement, ROAS.
