Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is looking for a Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to own our digital marketing, strengthen brand presence and drive growth. You will combine digital marketing, content creation, lead generation and customer engagement to support senior management and the Commercial team, expanding our client base and re-engaging existing accounts.

This newly created role is site-based, Monday to Friday, with occasional UK travel to customer visits and trade shows,

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing skills with emphasis on LinkedIn and content creation.
• Ability to manage websites and create promotional content.
• Commercially minded with interest in sales and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company website and LinkedIn presence.
• Create engaging digital content and marketing campaigns.
• Improve brand visibility and generate new business leads.
• Qualify opportunities and direct leads to teams.
• Re-engage existing customers and support relationship development.
• Research markets and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Commercial teams to support growth.
• Represent the business at customer visits and UK trade shows.
