We’re boohooMAN, and we’re looking for a Social Media Executive who lives and breathes TikTok trends, can create standout short-form content, and has the confidence to be both in front of the camera and behind it.

If you’ve got 2-3 years of experience in social media (fashion, lifestyle, or youth brand = bonus points) and are ready to take your creativity to the next level, this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving day-to-day social strategy across TikTok, IG, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook & X.
• Owning content creation: ideation, filming, editing (think CapCut, Canva, etc.), and scheduling.
• Being front-and-center for Reels, TikToks, and LIVEs - you’re confident and camera-ready.
• Working with influencers, creators, and internal teams on campaign shoots and social-first content.
• Reacting fast to cultural moments and platform trends to keep us relevant and buzzworthy.
• Supporting campaign rollouts, product launches, and paid activations.
• Monitoring performance and using insights to optimise our content strategy.
• Staying ahead of competitors and trend-watching like it’s second nature.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of social media experience (ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or youth marketing).
• Strong content skills - short-form video especially - with a knack for editing and storytelling.
• A deep understanding of platform culture, especially TikTok & Instagram.
• Confidence on camera - you’re happy hosting LIVEs or appearing in content.
• A creative brain and self-starter attitude - you're not just scrolling; you're planning the next viral post.
• Experience collaborating with influencers and talent.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Bonus if you’ve used scheduling tools or supported paid social campaigns.
