The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to lead our organic social presence and bring the Kiss the Hippo brand to life across channels. From launching new coffees to capturing behind-the-scenes café content, you’ll be hands-on in planning, creating and publishing standout content that reflects our brand, builds community, and drives engagement.
This role sits within the Ecommerce team and works closely with our marketing, design and café teams. You’ll be responsible for managing the content calendar, reporting on performance, and shaping how Kiss the Hippo shows up online — every day.
