My client, an established womenswear brand, currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social and Content Executive to join their team.

This role offers the chance to shape and expand the company’s brand presence across all social channels, with a focus on inspiring and engaging a community of over 1 million followers. A key responsibility will be accelerating the brand’s TikTok presence, so previous experience in this area is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms and campaigns to create engaging experiences and increase audience satisfaction.
• Research and analyze social media trends, ad revenue, and web traffic to enhance the brand’s online presence and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with departments to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
• Create engaging, innovative content for regular posts to attract and communicate with audiences.
• Coordinate social media messaging with advertising teams, brand managers, and seasonal objectives.
• Evaluate social media performance, including digital advertising ROI and costs.
• Use tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan timelines for social media campaigns in conjunction with product launches and brand initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity on social media platforms.

Person Specification:

• Experience in a marketing or social media role within retail or supporting retail/brand accounts is essential.
• Degree in Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Proficiency in web and software tools.
• Experience in advertising, copywriting, and content creation.
• Background in public relations and brand marketing.
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
