The Opportunity

You'll have a unique opportunity to work with Ellie Goulding and her talented team, reporting to and working directly alongside our Head of Marketing. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Content Creator to develop and execute best-in-class content across various social platforms including Instagram and TikTok to deliver category leading reach and brand awareness.

What you’ll be responsible for

Transforming trend led ideas into compelling brand content on Instagram and TikTok that delivers category leading engagement and reach.
Creating and editing product and lifestyle photography, videography, and reels of the highest-quality.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure content is aligned to our brand direction and strategy.
Creating category leading content to support our retail and on-trade listings.
Capturing content at live events and delivering this content in a timely manner for sharing post event.
Overseeing all aspects of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to briefing and final content delivery.
Leading outreach, management, and seamless execution of brand collaborations and partnerships across social platforms.
Directing photoshoot briefs, finding inspiration and sourcing props to ensure flawless execution and alignment with the brand vision.
Crafting purpose-driven briefs to optimise content for paid advertising led by our in-house graphic designer.
Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement through social performance reviews, informing strategic adjustments and content optimisations.

What we’ll be looking for in you

A skilled content creator, who prides themselves on their attention to detail, with a proven track record of planning, creating, shooting and editing perfected, trend driven content.
A creative, innovative thinker who is confident finding the next big idea which will drive following and engagement across all our social channels.
An eye for detail, creative flair and strong understanding of importance of outstanding execution, we are looking for someone who will be confident with same-day content turnaround when needed, with minimal direction.
A considered and organised social media champion who has strong understanding of social platforms, their features, algorithms and best practices; capable of learning and optimising as we continue to grow SERVED’s presence on social media.
A proactive individual with an eye for style, passionate about creating content and finding the next trend – especially on Instagram and Tik Tok.
A confident multi-tasker with strong interpersonal skills, competent at collaborating effectively in a timely manner across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience shooting on 4K+ cameras, DSLR’s and iPhone camera.
Experience video editing in Adobe Suite, iMovie or similar.
