[This is an 'almost' remote role - you'll need to be based in the South or South East of the M25 to visit clients in and around London for content generation, and to join our monthly team days.]

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator with big ideas, even bigger energy, sharp instincts, and a love for storytelling that turns heads. Someone who gets giddy over crafting content that makes people stop, feel, and act.

A flavour of what you’ll actually do:

  1. Build content calendars with strategy and spice
  2. Write well, as a human should (AI is your sidekick, not your voice)
  3. Shoot + edit scroll-stopping video and visuals
  4. Engage with online communities – no post-and-ghost here
  5. Track what’s working, tweak what’s not – data matters
  6. Spot trends early and use them with intent
  7. Grow your own personal brand – we practice what we preach

Do you tick our boxes? Love at first sight if you:

  1. Have 1–3 years in social, content, or digital marketing
  2. Experience in Recruitment Marketing or B2B Professional Services (this is a bonus, not essential)
  3. Can shoot, slice, and tell a great story on camera
  4. Know tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Later, Buffer, etc.
  5. Dabble in paid social (another bonus, not essential)
  6. Think creatively but also strategically
  7. Bring ideas, solutions, and good energy – be bold creatively is one of our values!
  8. Care about quality content and authentic communities
  9. Want in on a fast-growing, brave, bold kind of business
