Job summary

Industrial Tool Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our fast-growing team at the head office in Harlow. You will produce quick TikTok/Reels content and larger YouTube/TV projects, bringing energy and humor to content that resonates with our audience.

The role involves ideation, rapid turnaround under pressure, and helping grow a following of hundreds of thousands. A portfolio or sample content is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with editing tools and creating engaging short-form content.
• Ability to spot trends and craft hooks that drive views.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering on-brand messages.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creator

ITS is one of the UK's fastest-growing tool retailers and our social following has been growing too! Because of this, we're on the hunt for a Content Creator who lives and breathes social to help us go even bigger. If you're the person in the group chat sending memes at 11pm, know exactly why a video did or didn't hit, and want to make content for hundreds of thousands of followers, this one's for you.

You'll be part of a small, fast, ambitious content team making everything from quick TikTok/Reels content to bigger video projects, for YouTube and even TV! We’re fun, dynamic and adaptable and you’ll be a big part of creating for an audience that's already there and growing.

What you'll actually be doing

• Filming and editing short-form content that's fast, funny, and made to be watched
• Coming up with ideas, trends, and formats, not just executing someone else's brief
• Jumping in front of the camera if the moment calls for it (no pressure, but don't be shy)
• Helping grow an audience that's already hundreds of thousands strong

What we're after

• You know your way around editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, whatever gets it done)
• You're plugged into TikTok/Instagram/YouTube trends
• You’ve got a good eye for a shot, a joke, a hook, a caption
• Comfortable being creative under pressure and turning content around fast
• You've got a portfolio, a following, or just a phone full of content you're proud of
• You don't mind being on camera
• You’re comfortable with a camera as well as a phone

No trade experience needed. Just bring the ideas, the energy, and the willingness to get stuck in.

Hours:Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:00

This is an office based role at Head office.
