Responsibilities

The Role

Are you a creative, hands-on Social Content Creator who knows how to turn a great idea into scroll-stopping content? This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing business in the fitness and wellness space, creating engaging social-first photography and video that entertains, educates and drives genuine audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and produce high-quality photography and video for organic and paid social media campaigns, from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Lead content shoots across studio environments, on-location settings and live events.
• Repurpose creative briefs into multiple platform-specific assets, tailoring each piece to audience behaviour and channel requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end production process, including filming, editing, sound design, captions and final exports.
• Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to connect products, launches and customer stories with relevant online conversations.
• Produce reactive content quickly, responding to trending topics and cultural moments while they're still relevant.
• Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels and wider fitness, health and wellness culture.
• Transform product features, technical information and brand messaging into entertaining, accessible and engaging social content.
• Bring humour, personality and creativity to content while maintaining product accuracy and brand credibility.
• Develop fresh ideas, creative concepts and repeatable content formats that keep audiences coming back.
• Create native content for TikTok, Instagram and Reels, understanding how formats, audiences and viewing habits differ across platforms.
• Experiment with new platform features, editing styles and content formats to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the Creative Content Director to deliver content that aligns with the brand's tone, creative direction and wider objectives.

About You

• Proven social content creation experience: At least three years of experience producing engaging social media content, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
• Photography and videography skills: Confidence shooting and editing content across studio, location and live environments.
• Strong editing expertise: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant video editing, design and social media creation tools.
• Creative storytelling ability: A talent for turning everyday fitness, nutrition, training and recovery moments into compelling content.
• Platform knowledge: A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and the formats that drive audience engagement.
• Cultural awareness: Genuine enthusiasm for internet culture, emerging trends and conversations across the health, fitness and wellness sectors.
