Your Role at a Glance

As our Social Media & Community Manager, you'll be at the heart of building brands our customers genuinely connect with. You’ll lead the creation of scroll-stopping social content and play a key role in nurturing and growing engaged communities across our core channels. From managing day-to-day content calendars to driving real-time engagement in comments and DMs, you’ll ensure our social presence is not only consistent — but compelling.

Reporting to the D2C & Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely on campaigns, community growth, and influencer/UGC initiatives, ensuring our content stays fresh, relevant, and on-brand.

This role is perfect for a creative, hands-on social media professional — ideally with agency experience across multiple brands — who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment. Your work will directly shape how customers experience and champion our brands online.

Location & Flexibility

  • Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London

  • 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch

  • This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 days per week

(We will also consider applicants from outside of London, and will adjust office requirements accordingly)


Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage social media calendars across brands, creating and scheduling engaging content (Reels, statics, Stories) using Later.

  • Handle all social interactions, responding to comments and DMs, resolving queries, and building community through proactive engagement

  • Run UGC campaigns via Twirl, sourcing creators and repurposing content across organic and paid channels

  • Stay on top of social trends and creatively apply them to keep content fresh and relevant

  • Build and moderate brand communities (e.g. Facebook Groups), driving discussion and brand engagement.

  • Partner with influencers to create authentic content that expands reach and builds trust.

About you

  • 2–3 years’ experience managing social media for D2C brands, with proven success growing engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Skilled in CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Suite, with the ability to produce high-quality short-form video and visuals

  • Confident using tools like Later to schedule and analyze content performance.

  • Strong community manager, quick to respond, resolve queries, and build authentic engagement.

  • Experience leading UGC and influencer campaigns, from briefing to repurposing content.

  • Trend-aware and creative, able to adapt ideas quickly to keep content relevant and engaging.
