Emma, the fintech app, is looking for a creative social media and community marketer in London. You will design engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn and grow a passionate community of investors and users.

You'll work with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with product launches, craft brand narratives, and turn customers into advocates, while gathering feedback to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in content creation across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or Figma.
• Passion for fintech and an understanding of Emma’s mission.
• You want to be part of an amazing team.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce engaging, platform-specific content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Actively interact with our community of investors and customers, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to build meaningful relationships and ensure a positive brand presence.
• Work closely with the wider marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Develop initiatives to turn our customers into brand advocates by highlighting their successes and creating opportunities for them to engage with the brand.
• Craft compelling narratives that highlight our brand values, the journey of our community, and the unique features of our products.
• Gather feedback and insights from the community to help inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
