Cheddar, a London-based finance app, is seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to own the voice across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. You will develop a strategy to grow a digital audience in the UK and colaborar with creators to extend reach and engagement.

You will manage inbound communications, coordinate with customer service, product, compliance and development teams, and help drive campaigns with brand partners.

Mansioni

• Be the voice of Cheddar on all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Develop and execute a social strategy to grow and engage a UK audience
• Create content that resonates with consumers and work with external creators
• Collaborate with affiliates/influencers to produce content and drive awareness and usage
• Serve as the point of contact for social platforms and coordinate with customer service, product, compliance and development teams
• Streamline execution of social strategies, content creation and iterations
• Work with performance marketing to feedback on trends in social media and social finance
• Partner with brand collaborators to plan and execute campaigns
